Booking a Hotel

Hotel boats

We will have hotelboats only 500m from the playing venue.

For now we have the possibility to register on the Ideaal. If you want to make use of this offer please send a mail to info@egc2009.nl. If the Ideaal is filled a new boat will be reserved and so on.

Bungalows

For accommodation is this price range we suggest looking at Landal greenparks De Bloemert in Midlaren

The organization will arrange a bus travelingfrom the park to the venue (only 15 km) at twice a day a trip back for inbetween €5,00 and €10,00 a day (depending how many people will make use of this arrangement, but probably it will be close to €5,00)

Youth Hostel

Camping

You can book accommodation at the camping Stadspark with us, where you can stay for € 6,50 p.p.p.n (bring your own tent).

The camping is about 2.8 km from the venue, see the walking/bicycle route.

Sleeping Bag

Unfortunately we can’t provide a sleeping bag facility.

The Zhuyeqing EGC 2009 will be held at the Hampshire Hotel - Plaza Groningen. A professional hotel and congress center located at the edge of the city. The location has ample playing space, as well as over 100 hotelrooms available to the participants at very reasonable rates.
